국립현대미술관 서울관이 추석 연휴인 24일부터 나흘 동안 무료로 개방된다. 이 기간 서도호 개인전을 비롯한 전시를 관람료 없이 볼 수 있다. 다만 추석 당일인 25일은 휴관한다.
서도호 개인전은 국립현대미술관 서울에서 2027년 2월 9일까지 이어진다. 연휴가 끝난 뒤에도 정규 관람료를 내고 전시를 볼 수 있다.
이번 무료 개방은 국립현대미술관이 많은 국민이 문화예술을 접할 수 있도록 마련한 것이다.
연휴 기간 나들이를 계획하는 서울 시민이라면 25일 휴관일을 피해 24일이나 26~27일 중 방문하면 무료로 전시를 관람할 수 있어 참고하면 좋다.
MMCA Seoul's 'Do Ho Suh' Exhibition to Open Free for Four Days During Chuseok Holiday
The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) Seoul will open free of charge for four days starting September 24, during the Chuseok holiday. During this period, visitors can view exhibitions, including the Do Ho Suh solo exhibition, without paying admission. However, the museum will be closed on September 25, Chuseok Day itself.
The Do Ho Suh solo exhibition will continue at MMCA Seoul until February 9, 2027. After the holiday period ends, visitors can still view the exhibition by paying the regular admission fee.
This free admission period was arranged by MMCA to allow more members of the public to experience culture and the arts.
For Seoul residents planning outings during the holiday, it's worth noting that visiting on September 24 or between the 26th and 27th, while avoiding the closure on the 25th, will allow free admission to the exhibition.
